Can my board approve this without a bid process?
Purchasing rules vary by state and municipality, so check your own purchasing policy and bid thresholds. For reference, the subscription is $2,388–$5,988 a year, before setup and any add-ons.
What happens if we grow into the next tier?
Your tier is set when you sign up and reviewed once a year, or when you ask. If you cross into the next tier, the change applies from the next billing period, never backdated.
Are there other costs?
Your own printing and postage, and Stripe's card processing fees if you take payments online. Bill emails go out through your utility's own email account.
What if we leave?
